Isn't the entire concept of an interim belt that the interim champ becomes elevated to champ if the champ doesn't fight them? I get that Bud isn't going to fight after the Canelo fight, but he should have been the ordered mandatory, and he should have been elevated when Fundora opted to vacate. Making extra belts that are irrelevant just smacks of WBA BS.
