Here’s what I’d do:

Eduardo Nunez vs Eduardo Hernandez. All Mexican affair for the IBF Super Featherweight title, perfect fight to kick off Mexican Independence weekend.

Nonito Donaire vs Roman Gonzalez. Just think it would be awesome to see these two future HOF’ers share the ring on the biggest stage possible.

Erislandy Lara vs Carlos Adames. WBC/WBA unification at 160. Gives the Middleweight division some much needed shine and the winner could become a potential opponent to the winner of Canelo-Crawford too.

Jaron Ennis vs Vergil Ortiz. Would be chief support and is a mouthwatering contest between two young stars, additionally the winner could potentially be a future Crawford opponent.
