“My children are going to have to wipe my ass,” I don't know, Roberto, you look pretty close to that point now!

That’s because that’s an old picture, bro. Lol Duran looks all of his 74 years these days…even older, if you ask me.

Of all the 80's legendary fighters, Duran's completely healthy with all of his physical faculties and motor skills intact, i.e. doesn't slur his words or sounds punch-drunk like some of the others unfortunately.

This is another testament to Duran's very underrated, amazing defensive prowess and extraordinary capabilities as a fighter.

The sad unexpected recent death of Foreman has shown us that death waits for no man and if it's your time, it's your time.

Roberto Duran was recognized by Howard Cosell, before he beat Leonard as the only fighter to be able to challenge Ali as the greatest fighter of all time. I realize this is only an opinion, but I've always held that opinion also. He was a very special fighter to have been able to rise to the stratosphere of sports as he did, without being in the Olympics and the backing money that comes with a gold medal and all the money-people supporting him. He was NOT a media creation, but far from it. He got there on his own God-given talent, no more, except possibly the training of Ray Arcel, which he got AFTER he had earned it on his own. An amazing life story...
