Super 6 - is it a fully fledged humiliation of American boxing?

The US media machine would always have had people believe that the US is is the strongest but now the truth is being revealed that in fact it is Europe which produces the best fighters (in the truest sense of the word)

I think this tournament could have a seismic impact upon the traditional perception of boxing worldwide.

Worse than just being exposed, US boxing is facing public humiliation in the most brutal form at the hands of dominant European fighters which could serve to change the mindset of the average boxing fan for decades to come.

Yes, because Andre Dirrell and Jermaine Taylor are our best fighters. Yet, I can argue that these are Eurasia's best fighters. Think before you post, please.

      Quite right.

Casual american fans are beginning to realise that their fighters are inferior.

      Ortiz- maidana
      Areolla - Klitschko

      and now the super 6.

How far american boxing has fallen.

It's almost sad in a way

Your analysis is flawed like your avatar.
The American boxers in the tournament are prospects (apart from Taylor who has been on the slide for long anywhere). The prospects are fighting against the best Europe has to offer.

How many champions does the UK have, one of the champions was made to look like a lorry by an American prospect. So how can that be said to humiliate Americans unless if someone has mucus instead of a brain between their ears?

I heard Showtime are considering pulling the plug to stop any further embarrassment happening.

They're all playing different sports like Basketball and NFL because it's easier than boxing.

              Right, Yanks?

We got 2 and one who vacated his belt to go up so really could count that as 3 not bad considering the Uk is about the same size as some US states ><

Please. Anytime these so called "best" fighters leave Europe they lose. Taylor has been on the decline and shouldn't even be in but we'll see in the end unless all the fights are fought in Nottingham.
