Miranda vs Green rematch, winner to replace Taylor?

I'll be pretty pissed if Showtime doesn't at least try to wait things out and see who else is interested, because the second round fights aren't until around March. They have time.

There's nothing super about Green or Miranda.

Miranda doesn't deserve to be anywhere near this tourney. They need to wait until after the Dawson fight. Dawson will have zero options if he beats Johnson, and he said he'd move down before.

I vote Chad Dawson.

Dawson has Cloud. Why not give that kid a fight.

I don't know about this really. I mean don't we want someone put in the tournament who we think atleast has a decent chance of surpising some people?

Miranda has been shut out by Ward and lost twice to Abraham. All respect to him, but it is kind of a no brainer that he doesn't get far at all in the tournament.

Having said that though, if Green is getting the pass in, it may only be fair he faces Miranda first, since of the previous loss to him.

How bout a "Super 6 replacement Tournament" to replace Taylor? Same round robin format, only it will have to be completed before stage 2...

This would be terrible. Taylor is still better then Miranda and probably Green. Taylor should stay in the tourney. He was knocked out, but so what? He knew that was a possiblity and so did Showtime. It's unfair for showtime to replace him because of that.

Taylor needs to stay in the tourney. I'd be down for a Green Miranda rematch, just not to replace Taylor.
