Still not sure why Rios was the choice for Mirco Cuello to get a interim title.

Sloppy fighter with padded resume with Journeymen with double digit losses. I get Christian Olivo was quite harder which would had been a worthy title fight itself. But why a random journeyman, why not someone like let's say Luis Nunez, Reiya Abe, or Omar Trinidad, a beatable but notable opponent.
