    its the brits who have a huge inferiority complex. A napoleon complex really.

    They like to point out when all their arguments fail;

    "But look at the size of our country & our population, so yea we're super!"

    That's their last resort card that they like to bring out.

          You don't see Canadians complaining of their size, and there is only 30 million of them.

              They're also the biggest country in the world.

              They'd look like ****s if they did complain.

                Actually, in many cases it can be a major benefit to have a smaller sized country and still remain "first world" to enable it to be so strong...as well as allying itself with many countries, specifically the USA.

                USA does many things to stay strong as well and seems to have a good relationship with G.B. which helps.

                Cooperation can be a good thing.

                  Looking at the comments on this thread, it's clear that many haven't done much travelling. In order to have a constructive and meaningful opinion on other countries and people you have to see for yourself personally with your own eyes what other cultures are like. If anyone sees it just to judge a whole nation or continent of people by what they see on an internet forum or television shows, etc...then they will have nothing but a distorted and unrealistic view, be it for better or for worse.

                    unfortunately the brits dont like to give credit where credit is due. Eastern europeans are the worst. Its like they get off that fact that american boxing is in a down period & they are finally getting some play with their recent success so all this smack they are talking is so new to them that they cant get enough of it.
