Bxstrs in just short span of four years has produced 7-8 world champions. Including Valladares, Lara, Pitbull Cruz, Nunez, Guevara, Adrian Curiel, and Willibaldo Garcia. They also signed Cuadras, but he already had history at the top level.
From what I seen from Medina, he lost UD to Nishida, though the scorecards don't reflect the actual fight. Medina at best had won 5 rounds (3,4,7,11,12). Where he had rocked Nishida twice at the end of the fight after his trainer told him how behind he was. Since his loss from two years ago, he has been in a 4 streak win, Takei recently finished an undefeated fighter from Thailand under a round. But prior his recent bout, he also had two wars with Moloney and Daigo Haiga, who both had rocked the guy consistently. Haiga and Medina stylistically share a lot in common. Both also share in common that they been beaten by Nishida and that they are big punchers. I think Takei holds the edge being a pretty big puncher and having more experience at the top level in his short career, but considering how leaky his defense is due to being formerly a kickboxer, Medina has a puncher's chance.
Other fighters that Bxstrs have are Jose "Chapulin" Salas, Brandon Mosqueda, Yoali Mosqueda, Sergio "Yoreme" Mendoza, Adrian Curiel, Cesar Vaca, and etc. Too bad they don't have the Super Featherweights Miguel Esparza and Daniel "Aleman" Garcia. Considering their current runs, they likely top contenders soon.
