respect for everybody involved. since navarrete and roach are locked out in rematches and nunez fought recently, there's not a better fight for foster. fulton could fight vargas but for lesser impact on his resume and probably less money. other champions are "on the other side". this is the best fight for foster and fulton at the moment. they deserve praise.

Losing doesn't make you choose a fight that you can lose.

What's the logic behind that? When a fighter is devastated by a loss, he doesn't try to challenge himself. You'll hear excuses, you'll see him fighting tomato cans, or you'll see him fight like a moron (see Tszyu against Murt). Fulton is clearly invested in facing the best out there, getting the most out of his abilities, and in cultivating a legacy. He's an example of what an elite fighter should be. If he continues his path he will have a good case for being in a Hall of Famer. Oh, and he doesn't have a childish show going on like a few of the so-called elite fighters out there.

Youre reading it the wrong way. I wrote exactly what I meant.
Fulton said on his intvw, the Inoue loss devastated him beyond belief. As a lot of ppl abandoned him.
So he has a lot to prove, for himself

He's jumping up quickly due to the massive weight cuts. I have a difficult time envisioning this match-up because of the intangibles. Foster isn't a big puncher, but cutting less weight may improve his punch resistance and endurance/stamina. If Foster is having any difficulty in his weight-cut, he may suffer some side-effects.
