Williams is a nice kid with an interesting backstory and I am rooting for him.
But man, did Sheeraz really dismantle him. They looked levels apart when they fought, and Sheeraz is arguably NOT the best MW around.
Williams won his last fight against Volny but really didn't look all that sharp to my eye. In fact, I had him losing by a thin but clear margin.

Didn’t realize this card was in Dallas. May have to go to this one.

      nice card.

Interested to see how Oliha looks against a credible opponent , or if ammo starts to looks like the ammo pre-Sheeraz again.

Austin “Ammo” Williams is a poor man's version of Jermain Taylor so he's basically garbage!

Yeah, I liked Ammo coming up and hoped he would navigate his mental health issues and achieve some sustained success. At a certain point in his progression, he stopped looking impressive. Not sure if that was a levels and talent thing or something else.

He was absolutely thrashed by Sheeraz and he looked unimpressive against Volny. I'm not too bullish on his long term success.

Not giving up on Ammo just yet. The best thing that happened to an over confident ( bordering on arrogance ) Ammo was the beatdown by Hamza in much the same way an over confident Carlos Adames was humbled by Patrick Teixeira. Time will tell.
