Better defense Winky or AA?

Dsiagree, Winky didn't get hit to the body as much and was way more offensive with his defense.

Winky seemed less rigid as well. If he had AAs power he would have probably KOd Williams and still be relevant.

Another thing I wanted to mention. AA is either on the offense or the defense. Winky can do both.

part of AA's defense is the threat of the HARD punches.

winky doesnt have that.

So pure defense winky> AA

Winky Wright can keep up his high guard and block shots while throwing punches himself,he can throw that jab out as much as possible and his opponent will still struggle to get in a clean shot.

Abraham has a good guard,when he's not on the offense,Abraham doesn't mix up well,he's either on the defense or offense,he clearly can't mix the two together.

They were friends and sparring partners through the mid 90's,there are similarities there and Wright has spoken of Quartey being a positive influence on his career and development as a fighter
