Speedy Ellis lost round by split decision. Tbh thought Ellis won that, but when Barrera had Ellis in the corner , it wasn’t a good look though replay showed nothing really landed.

Never seen the Barrera guy he was fighting , but he was big & pretty good. They fight again in the 17th round

Fun round from Coffie & Ewert. Coffie probably could won easily if he was in somewhat decent shape. He was tagging Ewert up early, and gassed

Cuban Yordan Barrera beats Ellis again by split decision. First two rounds Ellis has lost this season (8-2 now, 19-3 overall in TCL)

It was only 2 rounds and he’s was fighting a welterweight at 160, but I wouldn’t mind seeing Barrera get some actual pro bouts in this year.

Looked him up, he’s 29 and 2-0 as a pro. He fought at 154 twice in 2023, but he looked solid in there tonight
