Pretty ordinary card. Just showcase fights. And Martinez is from Guatemala, not Argentina. Amateur writer.

If Vladimir Hernandez is fighting, then I always going to tune in, guy always delivers a action packed fight.
Looks like it's against a WBC top #15 fighter, a heavy handed Argentinian with a record of 14-1-1 (10 KOs).
