I will one up you. Tank Davis should never be on PPV again. Because he will not fight anyone who can beat him. Just more PBC set ups. Tank will never fight Teofimo, Haney, Shakur or anyone that can beat him. I'm certain Romero and Garcia threw it.

PPV should be reserved for once in a decade fights, I am doubtful that promoters even turn a profit with what they pay some of these fighters with little to no fanbase.
