No. The concerns about that were that Haymon Floyd were going to rig the test and make it a false positive. Reporter Tom Hauser revealed Haymon Floyd controlled USADA and it's head Travis Tygart. Arum mentioned this concern in an interview back then with G Leon on **********. Yes Floyd and Haymon were that dirty and terrified of Pac.
