I'll name his so called quality opps since that list will be shorter
Erik (perfect Pac opp. Slow, predictable and is a fisteater)
3x
Marco (see Erik, only with slightly better boxing skills)
2x
Both were shopworn when they fought Pac
JMM (another fisteater only with more heart than Pac)
4x
Timmeh (Meh. Overrated)
3x
Sometime (FINALLY...a legit W. Although Keef was roughed up by some past it gatekeeper)
Pac fans/May haters love to mention Cotto(lite) and DONE La Hoya.
Both were the absolute worst versions.Comment

Here comes another delusional *******, blindly worshipping a guy who cherry-picks slow, washed-up opponents just to look good. Pacquiao avoids real challenges like the plague, he's never had the guts to face top-tier fighters in their prime. His so-called "stamina" is shady at best, never tested without a cloud of PED su****ion hanging over him. And let’s not forget when Mayweather demanded drug testing, Pacquiao suddenly turned into a drama queen, whining about being scared of needles. Give me a break. His chin? Paper-thin. He’s been dropped and flatlined multiple times while Floyd’s never even kissed the canvas cleanly. So don’t you dare put Manny in the same sentence as legends like Ali, Tyson, or Leonard. Strip away the PED smoke and the handpicked opponents, and what you're left with is a glorified hype job with a loud fanbase and a fragile legacy. He has to be up there with Ali Mike Sugar Leonard when it comes to physical gifts and sheer athleticism
In his mid 40s his feet are still faster than 99.9999% of fighters
small welterweight that had a granite 9/10 chin. Morales and Juan being the only two to clearly hurt him with strikes to the head
he went pro early yet lasted long in the sport; longevity is rare for smaller classes
legendary stamina often threw about double the welterweight average before he became washed
Never had to clinch due to his combination of god given durability and enduranceComment

You're responding to a troll whose sole purpose for being here is to provoke Pacquiao fans. I've created a thread to encourage mass blockings of such people to create a better reading experience: https://www.boxingscene.com/forums/n...b#post32474234Comment

I did enjoy watching Pac fights. Pumping the breaks a bit with the roids, he went 1-1-1 against Mexico's best three at the time and then went on a tear that kept getting better and he went up in weight, a fighter that started at a very low weight. They will always be some su****ion of steroid use and adding what happened afterwards with drug testing and excuses opened the door even more.People still booty hurt that an Asian goes down as one of the greatest boxers ever in a mostly black dominant sport. Yet those same black folks probably have a shrine for Bruce Lee. The hypocrisy is pathetic.
People want to say Pac was on roids, yet then downplay all his wins by, well, just read all the prior posts that so and so was this and that. So what is it? He was juiced to the gills and beat the competition down? Or was the competition beat down before he faced them? Haters arguing on Pac will turn your head into a bobble head.
In all the years of dealing with the haters or reading what they hate, I've yet to find any reasoning to believe it or change my mind. How on earth could you be a boxing fan and not enjoyed when Pac fought? Any fight of his you can watch to this day will provide entertainment. He lived the life of an action star in boxing. With what we have nowadays, there is no comparison to boxing entertainment and the fact that Pac was doing this at the highest level for the majority of his career in his prime. There will be no other in our lifetime.Comment

yeah right!! he went to war with morales, barrera and marquez! had he not fight them guys so many times, i think he would be in better shape mentally and physically! not to mention his fight against margarito, took the prime out of manny! Pac was never the game after the margarito fight and then the KO from marquez sealed the deal.Carefully guided career path.
Not too many dangerous opps at their real peak.
Claused Cotto
Done La Hoya
Hatton (Not even May fans count Hatton)
Plodding, predictable and shopworn Erik and Marco (extremely fan friendly, doe !)
Beating Sometime was his true highlight thanks to a flash knockdown and Sometime not having the best 2 years leading up to the fight.
Nevertheless, a solid W.Comment
