Does Smith have a mandatory challenger for the interim title?

What was the point of this? Trying to strip Bivol?

IBF is clearly next, so will likely strip Bivol when he fights Benavidez next

Good. Tired of Hearn trying to recycle these Brits and pretend that they belong amongst the elite. Get smith, AJ and the rest of em out of here.

The WBO just made mandatory obsolete. "the Committee is empowered to extend the period for discharging a mandatory defense for good cause." Now define good cause. Bivol vs Beterbiev is a good cause. What about Canelo vs the winner, is that a good cause? What if Andre Ward came out of retirement, is that a good cause?

Yes, it was an attempt to obtain an email belt.

Surprised he hasn’t dumped these belts and keep only the WBA

Eddie Hearn trying to jump the queue and pick up an email championship.

The IBF is next in the rotation. With Michael Eifert who I hope David Benavidez fights so he can take that spot.

                  Doesn't Hearn also promote Bivol?

I like your idea about Bnavidez fighting German.

About Smith..Bivol is Hearn's guy. I don't see why would Hearn want to strip his own guy?
