I Didn't Agree With The Decision but It Wasn't The Worst!!

To be honest I felt Dirrell should have won! He did hold too much and did run a fair bit but he was the better boxer last night. His defense was superb and he landed more and the better quiality punches were from him IMO! Froch was pushing the fight and showed more aggression but he missed a hell of a lot and didn't land as many clean punches as Dirrell did.

But after saying that it wasn't quite the robbery a lot of people are saying it was. If Dirrell had fought the first half of the fight the way he fought the second half of the fight, I'm sure Dirrell would have won. Dirrell held too much and complained too much and I think that ultimately worked against him. I felt Dirrell could have landed even more if he hadn't ran as much and had been a bit more aggressive.

I don't think we should be moaning as much, this tournament is awesome and has brought great match ups between some of the best fighters in the Super Middleweight division! I enjoyed both the Froch fight and the Abraham fight and I'm looking forward to the fights to come. I hope Taylor is ok aswell!

I agree pretty much with everything you said, I thot Dirrell landed more and landed a bit cleaner, Forch landed more power shots but he barely landed thosem Dirrell slipped most of them

One idiot on this site said if it was an ametuar fight Dirrell would have won for piling points but its a pro fight not an ametuar fight.

Well Froch didnt knock him out or down or barely hit him so piling points DOES win you the fight.

Regardless it wasnt a robbery, a lot of rounds were close and it kinda showed me how untalented Forch is swinging like an English Edison Miranda

i agree with your assesment of the fight, but i didnt enjoy it. It was infuriating to watch. One guy wanting to fight but was unable to do it, one guy was able to fight but chose to run instead.

If you were at the fight, how did you miss Dirrell's landed punches? Dirrell landed more than Froch IMO. Froch landed more power punches though. Dirrell ran as he was wary of Froch's power. You got to admit even though Dirrell ran excessively, his defense was really good! The way he made Froch miss and evaded a lot of attacks!

The British commentator gave it to Dirrell, so not all media gave it to Froch.

I'm not ripping Froch, I can see why he got the decision. My point was simply that, the decision wasn't as bad as a lot of people are making out! Your acting like I said it was a robbery. I see why Froch won!

If Dirrell fought exactly the same but his name was FMJ he would've won a UD and Dan Rafael would be cumming over his dominant defensive skills.

Direll is a punk his face was well swollen of a couple of punches he got what he deserved,

diRREll is no mayweather, mayweather counters a lot better, Mayweather is more of a Pu$$y though as he avoids anyone who has a reach advantage on him
