Yeah, I am really impressed with Tarver's commentating skills he is pretty damn good in my opinion. Also, I really like the way the broadcast team handled Taylor in the defeat with care and emotional empathy not sarcasm and saying things that made it look like he did not bring his a game like HBO does sometimes. I also like how they confronted Froch in his victory because I feel they, like me, believe he got a gift.

Yeah Gus needs that type of fight to bring out the best in him. I love his energy in any sport he does. Whether it be basketball, football or boxing. Even though boxing is the one where he may not know as much.

As for Showtime's new design it was pretty cool.

I like the fact they have solid boxing anylist do press row scoring vs Ledermans score card. The only problem is they only show it after the fight where Ledermand Influences everyones judgement after each round.

The tale of the tape setup was good. They are missing another commentater and punch stats. With the level of competition that they are putting on Showtime is getting better with HBO getting worse. But still HBO is still miles ahead of Showtime.

I liked the new SHO layout a lot. I especially liked the tale of the tape they had, with the flags underneath the fighters picture. I also liked when they showed you the guys trunks they put the flags up as well. Not sure if this is just for the super 6 but I think the flag thing is neat. HBO new presentation is great also. I love the new compubox thing they have where it shows where a fighter has landed. HBOs commentators does **** on SHOs though but Gus has done a good job bringing excitement to SHOs broadcast. I think both networks are doing a great job.

You know as well as I, punch stats can be bull**** though, after all humans are compiling them and are prone to error.

            I do think Dirrell won.

I didn't miss that part at all. And I enjoyed the show.

Best Showtime production ever. I called my buddy and told him that last night.

I liked everything about it, except for Gus Johnson's ridiculous bias towards Andre Dirrell. He did an awful job in that fight.

How'd you like their Compubox? The punchstats were great - huh?

Why so cynical about it. It was a vast improvement over anything they have ever done in the boxing arena.
