    Lesson For The Weekend…

    This weekend of boxing taught us all a very good lesson:

    in regard to “modern training methods” and strength and conditioning coaches and all of the other modern-era gibberish

    Having a Lamborghini with a full tank means nothing if the guy behind the wheel is not willing to step on the gas​

    Yep, I said the same thing, Ice. Scull could have skated away with all the belts if he took a little risk Saturday night. Even a night full of pot shotting would have done him wonders. All that damn movement for no reason.

      how is keeping in mind that the view from in front of your opponent in the ring is quite a bit different than the one from the audience but main thing I remember is that if you want to be successful, you have to have a fighting spirit. All the training and the technique and the power in the world won’t mean a thing if you don’t truly have the desire to do what you have to do
