As an outsider who takes no sides... What i saw was dirrell running like a chicken the first 10 rounds and doing nothing.

At the elite level you can't win championships by becoming a chicken.

The americans need to understand that they need to fight it out in order to win. Don't expect a victory if all u can show is a sprint which will put usain bolt in shame.

This is boxing, fighting wins you championships.

Running.... Go to the track field.

And take the loss like a man dudes. He ran the whole fight and deserved a loss.

To be a champ beat the champ.

At least taylor tried to win and gave it his all.

Remember boxing fans... THE MOMENT YOU STOP SCORING YOU STOP WINNING.

Point is, regardless of whatever else Dirrell was doing he was scoring and Froch wasn't. I know of no circumstances where you can win a fight without scoring effectively. Unless, of course, you're a Euro fighting in Europe and all objective criteria for scoring a fight gets thrown out the window and the judges just give it to the hometown boy regardless of what is actually going on the ring.

Froch stole a victory without landing anything of significance against his challenger which is CHEAP.

Champion and Challenger alike have an equal duty to WIN the fight. When they step into that ring there is no champion and there is no challenger anymore: It's two fighters with equal standing both fighting for the right to hold that belt. The belt is left outside the ring and is awarded to the objective winner of fight and whoever wore that belt down to the ring should have no bearing on the outcome of the fight.

Canadian here. Dirrell won cleanly in my eyes.

I favored Froch going into the fight because I love his give and take style. It just turns out from what I saw, he took way more than he gave last night.

There's already a poll on here asking who won and it was 71% Dirrell won to 20% Froch won and 9% a Draw.

That is of course the last time i saw it, i don't know how it is now.
