No, similar to David Haye coming in at HW around 210-220, he didn't bulk just stopped cutting. Why would either bulk and lose their speed advantage they generally have over opponents. Even much smaller guys rehydrate 15lbs over night so why wouldn't bigger guys with more volume to hold water pack on more weight?
also i seem to remember usyk took a long time to settle into heavy, correct me if im wrong, if he was that size he would surely have been ready to just go

He isn't much heavier now and he is older, there is no need for him to deliberately bulk up but I can see CWs coming up just not watching what they eat with a microscope because now they don't have to worry about having a difficult cut.
