it is a **** boring style to watch, but you cant knock it because it was effective, the game of boxing is to hit and not get hit and thats what he did. he made froch look silly because he kept missing and could not pin him down to launch attacks. dirrell clearly won this fight and froch saying you cant win a WBC title by running all night, well froch is wrong because he was outboxing him and running. if he was just running then id agree, but he made froch look slow, ****, and a pathetic excuse for a champion.

it was a close fight. Many rounds was to close to call. It wasn't a robbery, it was hometown advantage in effekt.

I bet Kessler needs to make a real impression in every round or a stoppage, or he could risk loosing the same way.

I was under the impression that the point deducted was for a punch that landed on the belt.

I think kessler vs. ward is in america so there should be less of a problem... hopefully.

taylor clearly hit AA below the belt on three separate occasions. one of them being a two shot combo.

I give AA all the credit in the world, I was severely underestimating how effective his defense actually is. JT didnt look bad, but with his short body and long arms AA was able to stop anything effective from getting through. As far as for Dirrell and Froch, you cant criticize Dirrell for running because he was running from rabbit punches, body slams, hits on the break etc. After the Taylor fight I was really starting to like Froch, but some of the **** he was pulling last night pissed me off. Dirrell clearly looked to be the better fighter and to land the more meaningful punches. The point deduction was only ridiculous because of the amount of fouls Froch was committing. If Froch had been fighting clean the point deserved to be taken away, but that wasnt the case. After everything Dirrell proved he at least belongs in this tournament, and JT proved it may be time to start thinking of a career change. AA showed everyone why he can win this tournament, and Froch made me hope to hell he doesnt. I believe either AA, Kessler, or Ward beat Froch while Kess and Abraham probably KO him.

This decision is why boxing dosen't get the credit it deserves, and why so many fans along the years have turned away. As a hardcore boxing fan I am so disappointed with Froch getting the nod when he was clearly outclassed all night. The fight wasn't even close in my book. Showtime is terrible. They are so amped up on this super six ****, that they wont even acknowledge the chance of a robbery. So sad to see this great tourny to be tarnished by terrible decisions like this one.
