    American Haters

It's funny how americans see fight styles depending on which side of the pond the fighter is from.....

Last night Dirrell hugged and ran all night, yet most americans are talking about how good dirrell is..

When hatton held in a fight he used to also try and fight on the inside with the opponent, yet most Americans ridiculed him for it saying thats not boxing. We had Gif's sigs and avatars about hatton's hugging. Yet dirrell was huggin all night and when he was holdin he was holding on tight with no intention of inside fighting.

When a green Junior witter took a fight wiv Zab judah at short notice and ran the whole fight he was ridiculed by the Americans, infact so much that it took him years tryin to fight aggressive to make ppl forget the zab fight n give him another fight in America. Yet last night Dirrell did it and to most it aint that bad of a thing.

You're a bunch of hypocrites...dont get me wrong Froch fought ****. Dirrell had the skills to beat him..BUT dirrell didnt use them, he landed 2-3 punches and then ran the whole round tryin not to get tagged. if you look at it on a round by round basis, most rounds were close with maybe one or two punch difference, in which case ud give the round to Froch for trying to press the action.

Europeans are no different, everybody has a tendency to give their guy more credit and the other less than they are due. Not to mention seeing things that never happened, such Froch 'almost being knocked out'!

There will always be decisions folks disagree on, especially when the judges do as well.

please man this dirrell running thing is too exaggerated...first of all it was quite obvious that dirrell was a green fighter taking a major step up in comp....i admit he had distance in the early rounds, but by the late rounds dirrell properly closed the gap on froch and was landing on him at will whilst staying in the pocket...froch wasn't landing ****...froch is nothing but a tough guy...he doesn't have serious skills...it would be quite ****** for dirrell to fight froch's fight in the early rounds...he has to work him down first...by the end of the fight both froch's hands were at his sides and dirrell was backing him up repeatedly..

now in all of this i still don't hear much in froch landing myraids of punches on dirrell...since when do you win fights without landing punches, unless you count lowblows, rabbit punches, etc. as legit shots...the ref should have been pistol whipped

Its the same way with the Brits love for Hatton, most like Hatton even though he hugs yet hate Dirrell for the same reason.

In reality, they have nothing to complain about. Dirrell beat that ass but got robbed.
