He a good fighter, not great, overall solid showed he could fight a little on the inside against McCumby but shouldn't have struggled with such an inactive fighter who though has a good record no notable opponents other than Plant now.

Certainly doesn't know anything about boxing and would never dare to say anything like that to Plant to his face. I've always appreciated Sweet Hands' skills. Benavidez' win over Plant was the one that made me feel he might be more than a weight bully, because Plant's skills are real. He's a good technical fighter, and I've always appreciated his attitude. It's a shame that he can't seem to get fights with the likes of Mbilli, Pacheco, or even Berlanga etc, and seems to be stuck as a gatekeeper.

Plant is now the one on the "wrong side of the street".
