Do You Thinik Taylor Should Drop Out The Tournament?

I mean he's been KO's 3 out of his last 4 fights and now he's in the hospital with a severe concussion and memory loss... It's not like he's gonna be able to fight any tune-up fights or take it easy for a while all of these guys have power, they are primed, word class great fighters (except Froch)... I personally dont think Taylor should continue for his own personal health... What do you think? And if you think he shouldnt cont. who should replace him?
