He had a pretty good career and should have gotten the W against Ward in their first fight, it was very easy to score like 2 different fights in 1.

Absolutely enjoyed the “Krushers career top 5 in his Era . He’d hang with any 175 in any Era. I’d back a peak Sergey over Bivol Beterbiev . Alvarez would have been beaten Up in a mismatch with the best version of Sergey . Sergey was a Mans Mans no bull **** from his mouth just his opinion . It was always a must to listen to him speak at a press conference . Thank you Sergey & God Bless

A good career. The kind most fighters would kill for. I think he bought his own hype and then never could recover from a disappointing loss. But he defeated some really good names for his era, and was recognized as one of the most dominating fighters pound for pound for a little while. Along the way, he made some good money. He seems mostly healthy. Win or lose, glad he is bolting. Not sure why an inactive, mid-40's fighter who lost more than he has won at the back half of his career needs a a farewell fight, but I am relieved he is done before he gets really hurt.
