Just as Mangler predicted, Dirrell fought like a punk *****.

I had Froch up by 1 point but anyone acting like this fight was clear win for either man ceases to be credible as a poster. They both didn't look too great but Dirrell just allowed himself to be rough up in there and man handled for most of the fight.Last edited by Spray_resistant; 10-18-2009, 01:16 AM.Comment

I'm done w/ this ****ing thread.
To my friends that I offended, keep in mind I'm pretty drunk so accept my apologies.
To the rest of you clowns, you can suck on it.
But drink or no drink, Dirrell fought scared, ran, flailed around the ring and held all night.
Thats not a winning strategy no matter how you try to justify it.
Good night.Comment

115-111 Dirrell. Couldve been 114-112. But I know Dirrell won. The rounds Froch won were because Dirrell was to evasive and hugging to much. Froch didnt do a single effective theing the entire fight. I dont think he even landed more than 60 punches.Comment

There was no effective aggressiveness from Froch. It was Aggressive, but it sure was not effective in a boxing match.
I had it 8-4 for Dirrell. 7-4-1 with the point deduction.
I just did not see Froch mount any effective offense consistently in the fight. He won a few rounds with activity alone, but you would be lucky to find more than 2 rounds where he out landed Dirrell.Comment

Let me ask you something. How was Dirrell's holding and running different from Vitali's against Arreola? Andre is much smaller so he looked like he was flailing all around but both boxed the hell out of the other guy. Both hit and avoided getting hit. It's Boxing, my nigg. The Sweet Science.
Arreola's face was liquid ****. Froch's face looked untouched. In fact, Dirrell was the one bleeding from the nose.
Ungood comparison Jr.Comment
