He aint lying?lol I dont remember 168 being remotely 'great' back when Benavidez and Morrell made weight. Actually, both guys were fighting real nobodies with the single exception of Dirrell in Bennys case, other than that I dont remember any unification big fight during that time not a single one, meanwhile the ginger about to fully unify the division for a second time, This Mathieu kid just talking out his unproven ass lol ,even Bernalgas would make him sweat inside the square circle.
Chris Eubank Jr spent two years at the weight and his best wins were Abraham and DeGale.
Now, I ain't saying Eubank Jr has the two better wins than Benavidez at 168....but are they far off?

Kids gotta make more noise. Alot of what he said is true. The division is trash even when Bumrell and bumavidez were there but stillComment

The super middleweight division has been at a standstill before Canelo. He talks a lot of trash for someone that fights nobody’s himself. Canelo has fought just about everyone and has earned the right to pick and choose who he fights. Didn’t Floyd and a couple of other fighters do the same in holding the divisions hostage. I wouldn’t be surprised if in a few years this guy is up there doing the same .Comment
