Still remember the shootout that Faust got into with Kiladze on the Martin/Ortiz undercard. While entertaining, it showed that Faust isn't at the level of the top guys (or at least his punch resistance isn't).

That being said, at this point in his career Booker is essentially a glorified sparring partner so Faust should still win this despite his shortcomings.
