Let me ask ya'll this, if Joey Spencer is able to get a win over Tszyu next week, does he re-emerge into the mix? Or is Tszyu's name no longer enough to catapult him up?

He would probably be in the mix, but I wouldn't trust him winning against any of the names mentioned here. The dude lost to Ramos in not the most competitive fashion.

Yes there is a great chance PBC will be keeping 154 in house since all the fighters are there:

8. Brian Mendoza
9. Sebastian Fundora
10. Bakhram Murtazaliev

They have mandatories. Example Fundora is mandated to fight Xayas.
IBF doesn't play around and can order a mandatory from another promoter.
Serhi is with 360 Promotions.
Half on the list suck, Fundora and Bakhram are the only decent ones there. Charlo might not be at 154 again.
They can keep fighting in house, but no one cares Just like Fundora vs whoever that guy was.

How many times have we seen mandatories get ignored. A whole lot. Not saying that is going to happen but you never know. Serhii is with 360 but he's not tied to a network. He just fought Brian Mendoza last year on a PBC card. And if you have a better 'current' list of boxers at 154 please do tell. We have what we have.

Right?? Let's call it 'Top rank island' and let's say that Bob Arum is the cancer of boxing because he's preventing "the fights we want" to see from happening. Can we do that???
