Articulate What Makes Benavidez So Great at 175

I’m not seeing what makes him so good. There’s about 10 posters who think he’s the truth at 175 so come out with it here

Fighters are ultimately credited for their wins not the fights that didn’t happen

Watching his fights on half speed I see from Ben:
    • a good defense in the form of a dynamic high guard, upper body movement, and head rolls
    • a consistent body attack
    • a long jab that is often bow and arrow
    • a good left hook downstairs that can also land up top
    • fast hands
I believe he’s somewhere around the Keith Thurman level so approaching very good but far from great

he does get special "i made canelo run scared" bonus points like how margarito did when floyd ducked him but without that big win his career is like thurmans. margarito did that get big win over cotto though so maybe benavidez can do the same over bivol although i would definitely pick bivol

      if Bena stopped boxing today

I’ll remember him for kicking Morrell’s arse in an entertaining fight

well before the memory of Alvarez ducking him
