What's the smallest Boxing Ring you are allowed to use?

Maybe you can use any size ring but what is the standard levels?

I heard 15x15 before in some amateur fights. 24x24 seems to be the max.

I've seen some pics of vintage fights where it was basically two guys in a small circle with a huge crowd around them...now that was something crazy.
