I don't think Inoue fights Ball this year, we will see. He said himself he was going to spend a bit of time at 122. Unless he is going to stay 126 if not then he should just wait at 122 till next year, and Nakatani should have a fight at 122 first

Not just him but ohashi also said it in press conference held at ohashi gym. The only reason inoue is doing this is because Nakatani said he wants tune up at 122. So inoue will use that spare time to win his 5th division title. Beat nick ball then come back down to 122 for Nakatani fight. Beat Nakatani then move back up to 126 to complete undisputed.
