I remember Contender1 & Contender2 with great affection. I watched it with my wife when our boys were babies. RIP Najai Turpin. I remember they had to do tasks to win prizes for the group & one was just run up this hill but solve clues on the way & one guy was so dumb he just ran straight up the hill & was quite proud until his team-mates were saying 'and the clues, Bro?' & his face fell! I think it worked because guys like Sergio Mora, Ishe Smith, Peter Manfredo, Alfonso Gomez were all straight-up quite interesting human beings as well as being good fighters. I don't remember Contender3 & I don't even know if there was a Contender4.
