  • Tank is mentally weak

He took the knee not because he was hit but because he was going through a mental crisis. I know he was cooked when each time they were exchanging Tank was looking distract things by arguing with the reg. We saw the Tank vs Haney sparing and how Tank tried to bail out from the beatdown Haney was giving him by turning his back and talking to people outside the ring. The knee and constant talking to the ref and people outside the ring was the same thing.

Roach has his number for life! Tank will NEVER rematch him. He got exposed as a mentally weak bully who once a boxer stands up to his punches goes into crisis mode. I say this as a Tank fan but I have had enough of him. He can gfto out of boxing for all I care - done with his cherry-picking and his petulance.

He is Wilder of 135. Just like Wilder lost to Fury the first one, Tank lost this one.

Now I see why he fights cans mostly.

Stop it , he is much more skilled than Wilder. He fought an Excellent fast twitched aggressive counter puncher in Lamont Roach. Roach was Successful because he was brave and not afraid to stay in the pocket. Shakur is a better boxer than Roach but in my opinion doesn’t take a shot as well as Roach or is as Brave. You need both those attributes in abundance to be successful against Tank.

Roach is a damn good fighter, you should be praising him instead of vilifying Tank

Can't call him a cherrypicker though.

He could have stayed away from this guy

Yeah and tank won them all lol. This is the definition of a cherry pick. Fighting a guy smaller than you who you know you can beat

Taking a knee can be a tactically smart thing to do in some situations but yes I would say Tank looks mentally weak. His apparent fear of taking on top opposition and all this talk of needing a break and therapy etc because people ask about future opponents is what does it for me. Still fun to watch in some fights though.
