Explain to me what he did to win? Every fighters style is not to trade shots and when they did Dirrell still beat him to the punch....?
dirrel initiated the clinches atleast 90% of the time and dirrell did land the cleaner effective punches through out the fight but that doesn't mean you landed the better punches in every round and the fight is scored by rounds so this fight was much closer than you are all makin it out to be

funny how when a guy does not stand there and go blow for blow, they are runners and scared to fight.

Anyone with 2 eyes and a brain saw that Dirrell CLEARLY landed the clearer more effective punches in that fight. 115-112 on two cards is HORRIBLE. End of story.

        Okay so clean punching...

How about effective aggresiveness, ring generalship and defense?

Dirrell started clinching when Froch start running in and do the stand MMA tactics, I'm sure he'll have a name for it. And he lost his cool, he was the one who proceeded to make it an ugly fight. And Dirrell OUTBOXED FROCH, and what you call boxing maybe something else, but Froch was not even competitive tonight...PERIOD.

Sito, he was aggressive when he had to be bro. He sat down on his shots from the southpaw stance and he actually hurt Froch in the 9th or 10th round (i can't remember exactly). And his defense wasn't bad either. He dodged a lot of wide shots from Froch, but Froch did some shots as well. I just think watching it twice will clearly show that Dirrell won. I mean, I think Dirrell won the first 2 or 3 rounds by his jab alone...

Dude...you're wasting your time arguing with them because they're delusional like the judges. And Froch does not have a defense, that's why he got hit with so many clean shots....

agreed. Dirrell actually landed at will tonight.

there was 1 point in the fight when dirrell just jumped on froch and put him in a headlock for no apparent reason carl wasn't even comin forward and why is it that taylor didn't clinch as much if it was froch fault that this fight was as ugly as it was? it was clearly dirrells who made the fight ugly with is excessive clinching and i thought dirrell was going to clearly outbox froch when the fight began and i am in no way a froch fan but i do believe that it was a very close fight and that dirrell let this 1 slip away by not doing enough

Dirrell ran and held the whole fight, its time to take points for holding
too much, make a fighter fight. We pay to watch fights.

The only reason people are watching these type of fighters like Dirrell, Mayweather is because we hope one day they will fight.

With out these type of national events Dirrell and Mayweather would be
                      broke, fighting american fighter.
