What production? the intermission music concerts that turki puts on these events? No one even cares about those. Turki can book the MGM easily he has the money. MGM can easily jack up the ticket prices on these stacked cards and people will still buy them.

I talk about the whole week, the setup... Can't care less about the shows in between...

And what would Turki gain by coming to Vegas and getting the spotlight on the USA, not to talk about the taxes (let's call them "tariffs" because 2025) sent in US economy and promoters pockets ?... These guys have to up their game, not wait for a Saudi to come feed them, which is exactly what they've been doing for a couple years now...

The set up and production is no different than any other huge PPV that vegas hosts on a yearly basis.

Vegas can roll out the red carpet for him. Suites, gamb ling, fine dining. Vegas lures in billionaires like clockwork.

Fights for the general public in saudi is just not realistic. Most of the crowd is ex retired fighters and celebs that they fly out

But Turki doesn't really care about the attendance... Streaming is where he focuses... He's a 21st century guy, not a dinosaur wishing the 70's - 80's were still a thing...

This is old news. The venue was always this smaller arena since the fight was announced. The tickets did sell out as it is only about 6k

The atmosphere is always boring in Saudi events, the pacing is so slow its just a dead crowd.

Ya never know, maybe they find something in the cozier venue. They'll be able to feel the punches more, that was always my experience at the ballroom/medium venue shows.

Classic fights at venues under 9-10k - anyone have others?

The Copper Box Arena in London has held World Championship boxing, capacity 6,000 plus a squashed cheeseburger. First Direct arena in Leeds is maximum 13,000 (home of Josh Warrington - been there, fans a bit too excited and throw bottles), York Hall, London is the stuff of legends and can hold 12,000 and a pickled dill cucumber. But I go to smaller revenues regularly and have a great time and love the efforts that fighters put in. They are all World Champions in my eyes.
