Taylor gets props from me, but that still doesn't make me forget about that 154 lb odysee he went on after those fights with B-Hop and Winky when he got in the ring with Spinks and Ouma. The Pavlik fight was something that he had to go through with because HBO backed him into a corner, and he had no choice but to move up to 168 because there were no interesting fights at Middle except a rubber match with Pavlik combined with the fact that he was no longer the champ and coming off losses.
