but you do not keep muscles. If you do not train all of the time, they dissapear...it is called "atrophy".

are you saying that Mike built muscles when he was training early in his career, and still has the same ones?

Muscles do not "just appear". and they do not "stay".

of course he built mucles when he trained. he did trained a lot and looks much harder and got more muscles than after he was released from jail. no i am not saying he still got same muscles or power now like he he had in his prime.

Are you kidding me? Take a look at Arnold Schwarzenegger, he took steroids, now look at Mike Tyson. Tyson only weighed 215 in his prime, and only had 16" arms. I know people who have 20 inch arms and have never used steroids, there's no way Tyson used them. 45" chest??? are you serious, if he used steroids he would have been alot bigger than he was. Watch the second Tyson Bruno fight, Bruno has twice the muscle as Tyson. Tyson could have gotten his body from plyometrics, its not that impressive.

Where do you guys get this **** from?? Are you all on drugs?? Tyson did not take steroids, when he said he took drugs, he was talking about the kind you get high on... it's a well known fact he loves his mariujana! I doubt he was smoking while in training during his prime, couldnt say for definite though.

As for the claims he retains his muscle mass too easily, even though he does not train very hard these days... If you have developed your physique 100% naturally (as Tyson did from a very early age), it is not hard to get back into shape after taking a layoff... and he does train hard enough to LOOK in shape (easier than actually being in FIGHTING shape).

There are no indications whatsoever to say that Tyson ever took steroids at any stage in his career.

I didn't say that, that fact is Mike Tyson was 200 pounds at age 12 and bench pressing well over 200. So i guess your saying he took steroids in elementary school. Tyson never took steroids, as much as he trained in his prime, YES he would have looked like Arnold.
