  • Comments Thread For: Brandon Figueroa sees Fulton rematch as springboard to featherweight supremacy

Backed by the confidence of a world-title belt, by the four pounds he?s been freed to add and the freshness of victory delivered by destructive body blows, Brandon Figueroa is ready to declare himself the best of the four featherweight champions.

Figueroa is relentless, but he can be outboxed. This said, I'm not sure Fulton is up for the task. Did not look good at his last outing. Not sure Inoue took his soul, but he definitely took some of his confidence. Plus the added weight will advantage Figueroa more than Fulton. I say Fig by late KO.

That's what I'm thinking as well. Around 8 or 9.

Their first fight was good, it could had gone either way. I gave Fulton the edge but it was close. Figueroa is coming in with much more momentum than Fulton and has been more acclimated to the weight. Fulton does have skills and stamina but I think this time around Figueroa will be much harder to handle. Good fight for both guys.

Fulton went for a big payday and sold his sole now he's basic and not hungry as need be so a close fight with the winner being Brandon Figueroa.

Fulton looked out of shape and unmotivated for his last fight. I can't see him winning this time.

I am with you. Inoue has taken something out of Fulton - enough for Brandon to win. He is relentless and the pressure will get to Fulton down the stretch.
