Is deontay wilder a hall of famer?

Wouldn't be surprised. They'll use the "he brought back American heavyweight boxing back" and how he had destructive power. They won't even mention the level of opponents. Also all his title defenses against trash opponents. Like I said I definitely wouldn't be surprised if he got inComment

Who cares about what his nationality is? He has a too poor a resume to be a HOFer the titles themselves mean nothing. Its about who you beat and how good they were when you beat them. When you look at some of the others fighters in there, and you factor in they include more than just skills and resume when putting people in the HOF I have to say yes, he will get in there. He shouldn't be first ballot, but think about it, he's the only American to successfully defend a heavyweight title in about 30 years, he's going in at some point.Comment

I have no doubt that he will get in but hype and popularity are different then merit based entries. People crap on gatti but he was a better fighter with a better resume than wilder. Wilder was in some good fights and was popular so it's fine he gets in but in reality he never should have been propped up in the first place as some top guy when he wasntWouldn't be surprised.
