If Haney did what Garcia did and failed a drug test after he beat Garcia, they would have punished him more heavy. Garcia is white enough, so they went easy on him.

I don't think Haney is going to fight anyone else other than Garcia or someone established like Teo Lopez or with similar stature. Getting beat by Sandor Martin, Jamaine Ortiz, Commey, Puello, Catterall, Ramirez, Barboza or similar level would be more devastating.
