He was throwing it from the first round till it landed clean for the knock out. In fact, that was the punch Surace threw right before he was put on his butt. Munguia avoided it and countered with a hard left hook.

Who knows if Munguia's chin after so many fights has been cracked. Face first defense does have a limit.
