Definitely a weird article. Not really worth reading, IMO. Bivol/Beterbiev not a great fight? One minor mention of Inoue? Shakur this, Devin Haney that, Ryan Garcia??? And then to tout accomplishments?? What was the point?

Americans are a sensitive bunch. If you don't pat them on the head and tell them they are the best they get irate. They don't ever have to do anything great of course, simply saying it will suffice. They even elected a guy who will tell them how great they are while doing nothing great.

Now they have a great oligarch named elmo that is also making everything great for them. Prepare for full self driving cars coming in 2017, or how about going to Mars coming in 2022, or how about the high speed hyperloop coming...never. great great stuff.

China was able to build an entire high speed rail network in 20 years to connect their country, Americans can't have that because elmo says so. We need those self driving cars! So important...so efficient...so safe...
