You're spot on, Dirrell got caught as clean as one can get caught and took it like it was nothing, even came back in the next round and put a beating on Rocha, people claiming "Dirrell ain't got a chin" are only fooling themselves.

i still think Froch wll KO him, but he's gonna have to work his ass of to do it, and probably put him on his back a few times before he stays down. It wont be an easy fight by any means but i think Froch should win once he adjusts to the speed of Dirrel.

Yep thats where we're gonna disagree! I think Dirrel will win a couple of rounds at the start by pot shotting, but I think Froch will be able to adjust to his speed and movement. If Froch can cut of the ring Dirrels in big trouble. Thats easier said than done though, Froch isnt great at it but he'll know what he has to do to win and i expect him to force Dirrel into a war whether he wants one or not. Also he's not as slow as people believe, and with his hands down approach the other fighter is invited in. Dirrel will be smart enough at the beggining to not fall into that trap, but will he when he's tired and hurt? Fighters instinct might take over when he's too tired to think.

If Dirrel can keep Froch of him he'll win, but i dont think he's good enough, experienced enough to do it. And the pressure of the big occasion is an unknown factor for him and us. We know Froch can deal with it. Can Dirrel? We'll find out tonight!!!

A lot of this is speculation of course, but on Sunday morning we'll know one way of another. May the best man win.

nah i've held of kissing his ass so far but he's fighting tonight and im getting hyped so **** it. I might well get proved wrong and i'll hold my hands up if i am. Im not super super confident, but confident enough.

btw i dont even think Frochs gonna win the tourny, just this fight.

I favor Froch in this fight cuase he is the more experienced and the fight is in his backyard. But Dirrell brings exactly that tools to the table that you ne to beat Froch.
Accurate handsspeed
he has height, reach and footspeed advantage which is a new situation for Froch and he is a switch and he is one the few that is effective as a lefty and as a righty.

Froch is great fighter in my opinion he is one of the few fighters that use distance well as defense he is very hard to reach, Froch as knocket out more people than Dirrell has faced. And he beaten fighters which i consider as the cream of the crop. He has beaten Jean Pascal (which is underated) and he came back against Taylor and floored him.

Carl Froch is a very hard man to fight Dirrell never has gone 12 rounds in his entire career. Also i think Dirrell is just not yet ready for a UK boxing home crowd.

I would pick Froch in this fight alltough my fingers are crossed for Dirrell.
But there is a blueprint for Dirrell to beat Froch.
