Joel didnt look that good like he used to honestly. How is he known for a power puncher and couldnt drop a bum who fights with his hands down?

I know that guy was begging to get decked..... Julio looked rusty and not in good condition(fought at 160)... i mean he looked a lil fatigued in the final rounds and coudnt get his combos out...He need to be in better shape
