The fight had hardly even begun to develop, the steam on the punch's were not even elevated to what would have come into this fight then a turn away, a hand in the air and over.
Rosi's movement was a good stratedgy but it would not have lasted without move fire power coming from him i do not believe. Never got to see the fight materialize into a real fight before the " double vision " alerted Rosi to stop and walk away from the action. What concerned me was the talk from the announcers that Rosi had complained before the fight even started about how he was concerned about elbow action. Felt like a set up, like premeditated formula so some type. Hope to see both men again but more so Espi then Rose'......

Anyone catch how píssed Kriegel was in the commentary afterwards? Boy did he have at least a grand on Ramirez to win or what?

Those elbows. Sure, a right finished him, but before that he was elbowed in that eye. Super tall guys and their extra weapons. Hate to see that. It was caught on replay.

What part of the tv crew thoroughly going through the video and not finding such a thing you didn’t get?

Sometimes guys aren’t faking it - for me, this is one of those times.

something happened in there and Ramirez couldn’t see. Clearly the jab landed, but no one would just throw up their hands and immediately quit after taking a jab. Something happened before.

            disappointing, but **** happens sometimes.

Maybe Ramirez is more suited for running track.

                Two time Olympic gold medalist.

But that hasn’t meant as much in the pros.

If you did see the replay you would know that it was a forearm
Maybe it doesn’t fit your narrative or maybe not ???

He wasn't getting pasted with elbows in there, I saw a forearm push or two, don't know maybe he got hurt and said no mas.

I thought it was low class to judge Ramirez quitting as he did without knowing the facts. How dumb was Kriegel citing the courage of the great Israel Vazquez in this context? Did he forget how the first Marquez/Vazquez fight ended? Was that a permanent black mark on Vazquez?
