I would like to give real boxing fans more credit and say that they probably see through Tanks resume up to this point. You will not convince the casual fans though, which is where the majority of his money comes from.

Tank doesn't want that fight because it's a fighter that could peck him to death and run all night. Not a good fight for him stylistically, or financially, Shakur doesn't have a following, MF can't even move tickets in his hometown. Tank can minimize him, and duck the fight, and his rationale for doing so is not wrong, strictly business.

Tank has A LOT yet to prove as a fighter we can't really compare a former Undisputed with a dude that hasn't even unified a division.

He also turned down hankey and zepeda. It's a pattern with Shakira.

Also the fight goes the same way with how stank beat Martin. That's literally what would happen against Shakira. If anything Shakira would probably run alot more and throw alot less making it to the final bell

I got my money on running pillow hands. I don’t think Davis can catch him.
