So not sure how Rusell managed to a split decision against Puello, as Alberto won decidedly though competitively. How is Gary also getting an immediate title shot after coming off from a loss along with low activity rate against a unknown like Kent Cruz and fringe contender in Rances Barthelemy?

Don't get me wrong, this might be an exciting bout, but it is tad obvious that the promotion is attempting to make Russell the in-house champion and will likely be the favorite if it is a competitive performance.

Tank should have step to fight Rayo, the WBA Champ from a higher division, not WBA chaml Roach coming up a division. That's why people give him sh_t, and Rayo recently moved up to 140.

Just how Tank became champion beating a fighter coming from a loss “ Cuellar” PBC & WBC are wack

Can see Valenzuela winning this fight comfortably.. Russell jr looked good against B-C level guys and older former champions like Postol and Barthelemy but when he stepped up against puello you saw alot of holes in his game and he got worked over the 12 rounds to the point it should of been a UD loss for him..

These sanctioning body back room dealings are wild.

Very winnable for Valenzuela. He will have significant speed advantage imo, Rusell loves taking uppercuts on the way in, could be something spectacular
